A veteran nonprofit professional, Sharon established Bailey Group Services in 2010. She also currently serves as senior advisor to The Capacity Building Institute.
Sharon served as the Executive Director of The Learning Center in Fort Worth from 2008 to 2010. From 1998 to 2008, she served as the Director of Education at the Center for Nonprofit Management in Dallas.
Sharon is an author, experienced board member, consultant, coach, instructional designer, and copywriter with expertise in board governance, program design and evaluation, donor relations, leadership and other areas of organizational capacity.
She is dedicated to helping servant-leaders in the philanthropic sector to maximize often scarce resources while continuing to benefit their communities. Her approach balances heart- and head-centeredness, recognizing their respective values and interdependence.
Founded in 2010, bailey.group.services (BGS) serves nonprofit, corporate and government clients facing organizational challenges by providing training, writing and coaching/consulting services.
